Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced chicken and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken slices and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, place a handful of mixed greens, followed by the cooked garlic chicken slices. Add diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.

        Add the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Spoon a little of this dressing over the filling in each wrap.

          Wrap It Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up. Ensure the filling is secure inside the wrap.

            Serve: Slice each wrap in half and serve with additional lemon wedges and any leftover yogurt dressing for dipping.
