4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

1 pound asparagus, trimmed

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Season the chicken thighs generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary, ensuring they are evenly coated.

      In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
