Ingredients

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm water (110°F or 43°C)

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the melted butter and salt to the yeast mixture, stirring to combine.

Gradually mix in the flour, one cup at a time, until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, dried parsley, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Dip each dough ball into the olive oil, then roll it in the cheese and garlic mixture, coating it completely.

Arrange the coated dough balls in a greased bundt pan or a round cake pan, layering them as you go.

Once all dough balls are placed in the pan, cover it with a towel and let the bread rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Allow it to cool for 5 minutes, then gently pull apart the pieces to serve.

                            Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours | Servings: 8

                              - Presentation Tips: Serve the pull-apart bread warm, with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. You can also garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a pop of color!
