Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate bars, chopped

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: additional graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Mix until the marshmallows are evenly coated with chocolate.

Preheat Oil: In a deep skillet or frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and heat over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).

Divide Pizza Dough: Take the pizza dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

Stuff the Bombs: Flatten each dough ball into a disk about 3 inches in diameter. Place about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate-marshmallow filling in the center. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them closed, forming a tight ball. Make sure there are no gaps for filling to leak out during frying.

Fry the Bombs: Once the oil is hot, carefully add a few of the dough bombs at a time (don't overcrowd the pan). Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown. Use tongs or a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Dust and Serve: Once fried, let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and, if desired, garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs for extra crunch.

Enjoy: Serve warm and watch the gooey chocolate and melted marshmallows ooze out as you take a bite!
