Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (10 count)

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: Chocolate syrup and extra graham cracker crumbs for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Mix well and set aside.

Form the Bombs: Take a biscuit from the tube and flatten it into a disc. Place 1 tablespoon of the marshmallow-chocolate filling in the center and gather the edges to seal the biscuit dough tightly around the filling, forming a ball. Repeat with remaining dough.

Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet, pour in vegetable oil and heat over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can test the oil by dropping in a small piece of dough; it should sizzle upon contact.

Fry the Bombs: Once the oil is hot, carefully place a few s'mores bombs into the oil (do not overcrowd). Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bombs and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Dust with Sugar: While still warm, dust the fried s'mores bombs with powdered sugar.

Serve: Serve immediately while warm, drizzled with chocolate syrup and sprinkled with extra graham cracker crumbs if desired.
