Ingredients
Β Β

4 slices of whole-grain bread

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
Β

Prepare the Sandwiches:

    - Take two slices of whole-grain bread and spread a generous amount of creamy peanut butter on one side of each slice.

      - Layer the sliced bananas evenly on top of the peanut butter. If desired, drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the bananas for added sweetness and flavor.

        - Top with the remaining two slices of bread to form two sandwiches.

          Heat the Butter:

            - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it starts to sizzle. Be careful not to let it burn.

              Fry the Sandwiches:

                - Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy. Press down gently with a spatula for an even fry.

                  Serve:

                    - Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before slicing.

                      - Cut each sandwich diagonally and serve warm, either on its own or with a side of extra honey for dipping.
