1 cup cottage cheese

3 large eggs, separated

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Fresh herbs (like chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg yolks. Mix thoroughly until well blended.

      Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix until evenly combined.

        In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with the cream of tartar using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).

          Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture in batches. Start with a third of the egg whites to lighten the mixture, then carefully fold in the remaining whites until no streaks remain.

            Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, drop mounds of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into rounds as needed.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the bread is puffed up and airy.

                Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

                  Top with fresh herbs for added flavor and presentation, if desired.
