Espinaca Dip

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving

Prep the Ingredients: Start by washing and chopping the fresh spinach. Set it aside.

    Sauté Aromatics: In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

      Combine Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

        Add Cheese and Spinach: Stir in the chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese to the creamy mixture. Mix until evenly combined.

          Flavor It Up: Add the sautéed garlic and onion to the mixture. Stir in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.

            Bake the Dip: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip into an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
