Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (4 oz) diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh jalapeños, finely chopped)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and both types of shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella). Mix until well blended and creamy.

Add the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired.
