2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

½ avocado, diced

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken breast, crumbled turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

        Add the diced avocado and carefully fold it into the salad, being cautious not to mash it.
