Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to create a small round shape.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with the melted butter and sprinkle with dried Italian herbs, if using.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

                - Presentation Tips: Serve on a platter with a side of marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
