1 cup shredded cooked chicken

1 cup lump crab meat

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup beer (lager or pale ale)

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or bread (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, beer, buffalo sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
