The Easter No Bake Jello Pie is a simple dessert that bursts with flavor. The main star is the fruit-flavored Jello. I love using strawberry, but you can pick any flavor. This Jello gives the pie its vibrant color and sweet taste. The gelatin sets the pie, making it firm but still creamy.

Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

1 cup boiling water

1 (3 oz) package strawberry-flavored gelatin

1 cup cold water

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Fresh strawberries, sliced (for topping)

Edible flowers (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well. Allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture until well combined and fluffy.

Once the gelatin mixture is slightly thickened and cool, carefully fold it into the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Pour the combined mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Before serving, top the pie with fresh strawberries and, if desired, decorate with edible flowers for a festive touch.

                    - Presentation Tips: Slice the pie into wedges and serve on individual plates. Garnish each slice with an additional strawberry and a small flower for an Easter-themed presentation.
