Ingredients
  

1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly

2 cups broccoli florets

1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)

1 medium carrot, julienned

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat the beef evenly.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

      In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

        Add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.

          Return the beef to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir everything together to coat the beef and veggies evenly.

            Drizzle with sesame oil and toss for an additional minute to heat through.

              Once everything is well mixed and heated, remove from heat.
