Ingredients

6 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

¼ cup fresh chives, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well combined.

Stir in the finely chopped dill pickles, crumbled bacon (if using), and fresh chives to the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay a flour tortilla on a clean work surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a ½ inch border around the edges.

Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Once all the tortillas are rolled, wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

After chilling, remove the pinwheels from the fridge and unwrap them. With a sharp knife, slice each log into approximately 1-inch thick slices.

Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and, if desired, garnish with extra dill and chives for a vibrant presentation.

Prep Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins | Servings: 12-15 pinwheels

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the pinwheels on a colorful platter with toothpicks for easy serving. You can also accompany them with a small bowl of ranch dressing for dipping!
