Ingredients
  

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

      Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

        In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream with half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir well to combine.

          Add the cooked shrimp and garlic to the cream mixture. Fold in the fresh parsley for added flavor.

            Transfer the shrimp mixture to a lightly greased gratin dish or a shallow baking dish.

              In a separate small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the shrimp.

                Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

                  Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
