Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Earl Grey tea bags

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the 4 cups of water to a boil.

Remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.

In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and honey (or agave). Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove the seeds.

In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea, raspberry puree, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.

To serve, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the Earl Grey raspberry tea over the ice.

Garnish with additional raspberries and mint leaves if desired, and enjoy!
