Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

1 cup coconut milk (canned or boxed)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, frozen

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (or to taste)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare Bananas & Pineapple: Make sure your sliced bananas and pineapple chunks are frozen solid. This will create a creamy texture for the soft serve.

Combine Ingredients: In the Cuisinart Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker, add the frozen bananas, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey (or agave syrup), and a pinch of sea salt.

Blend: Turn on your ice cream maker, and let it run for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture thickens and has a soft serve consistency. You may need to stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Taste & Adjust: Once the mixture is thick, taste it. If you'd like it sweeter, add more honey or agave syrup and mix for another minute.

Serve: Scoop the soft serve into bowls or cones. If desired, you can opt to create swirls or layers with extra pineapple chunks.

            - Presentation Tips: Top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes and a slice of fresh pineapple for added flair. Serve immediately for the best texture, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for later enjoyment.
