Ingredients

2 pounds cocktail sausages (beef, turkey, or chicken)

1 cup grape jelly

1 cup barbecue sauce (preferably a sweet and smoky variety)

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crockpot: Start by lightly greasing the inside of your crockpot with non-stick spray or olive oil to ensure easy cleanup.

Mix the Sauces: In a mixing bowl, combine the grape jelly, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Add the Sausages: Place the cocktail sausages in the crockpot, then pour the sauce mixture evenly over the sausages.

Stir: Gently stir to ensure all the sausages are coated with the sauce mixture.

Cook: Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally for even cooking.

Final Touches: Once cooked, give the sausages a good stir to coat in the sauce again. If desired, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Serve: Serve the cocktail links warm, either directly from the crockpot or on a serving platter with toothpicks for easy snacking.
