Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional for garnish)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Transfer the mixture to your Crockpot and spread it evenly.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. You want it heated through and creamy.

Once cooked, stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted and well incorporated. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Cover the Crockpot again and let the cheese melt for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve warm, garnished with blue cheese and green onions, alongside tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
