Ingredients
  

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

      Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated in the marinade.

        Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

          Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.

            If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the florets during the last 5 minutes of roasting to allow it to melt and crisp up nicely.

              Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
