4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This will help them get crispier while cooking. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

    Set Up a Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with the crumbled feta cheese in the last.
