Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Creole seasoning

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl, place the softened butter. Make sure it’s soft enough to be easily mixed.

Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, minced thyme, and lemon juice to the bowl.

Sprinkle in the Creole seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.

Using a fork, mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth. Ensure that the spices and herbs are evenly distributed throughout the butter.

Taste the mixture and season it with salt and pepper to your liking.

Once fully mixed, spoon the butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal it.

Refrigerate the butter for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the butter to firm up.

Slice into rounds or use as needed. This butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
