2 tablespoons tahini

1 cup brewed coffee or espresso

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Prepare the Coffee: Brew your favorite coffee or espresso. If you prefer an iced latte, set it aside to cool slightly.

    Mix the Tahini: In a small bowl or blender, combine the tahini with a splash of hot water (about 2 tablespoons) to loosen it up. Stir or blend until it becomes smooth and creamy.

      Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm (or use a frother for a creamier texture). Do not boil.

        Combine: In a large mug, pour in the brewed coffee, then add the tahini mixture, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon if using.

          Add Milk: Slowly pour the warm almond milk into the coffee-tahini mixture, stirring gently to combine. Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.

            Serve: For an iced version, fill a glass with ice cubes before pouring the mixture over them. For a hot version, simply enjoy as is!
