4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup long-grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup frozen peas

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon oregano

½ teaspoon thyme

Salt and pepper to taste
