1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.

                Once the sauce has reached your desired consistency, remove it from heat.
