12 ounces of rotini or penne pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup mozzarella balls, halved

1/2 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

    Prepare Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and bell pepper.

      Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss everything together until evenly coated.
