Ingredients

2 lobster tails, fresh or thawed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of the lobster shells, stopping just before the tail. Gently pry the shells open to expose the meat.

Season the Lobster: Sprinkle the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika for seasoning.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add Cream and Cheese: Stir in the heavy cream, and let it come to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Finish the Sauce: Stir in the lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix until the butter has melted and the sauce is well combined. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

Baste the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking dish, and generously baste each tail with the creamy garlic butter sauce.

Bake: Place the lobster tails in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the lobster from the oven. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 2
