Ingredients

4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen

5 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise down the middle to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

In a small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the paprika and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Whisk continuously and let cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice to the sauce, stirring until it's well combined and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the prepared lobster tails in a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic sauce evenly over the lobster meat, ensuring each tail is generously coated.

Dot the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter on top of the lobster tails for extra richness.

Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through, and the sauce is bubbly.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                      - Serving Suggestions: Serve the lobster tails with slices of crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce and a side of steamed asparagus or a fresh garden salad for a complete meal.
