Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen peas

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.

Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. To the beef mixture, add the beef broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked bowtie pasta and frozen peas to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly in the creamy sauce. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Divide the creamy beef and pasta into bowls, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
