Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

Make the Sauce: Once the beef is cooked, drain excess fat if necessary. Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine: Add the cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese to the beef mixture, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix Pasta & Sauce: Carefully fold the cooked bowtie pasta into the creamy beef sauce until well combined. Allow it to cook together for another minute to heat through.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
