Ingredients

12 ounces bowtie pasta

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil

Instructions

Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Season the Mixture: Stir in the Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef and onion evenly.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and mix in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Pasta and Peas: Add the cooked bowtie pasta and frozen peas to the skillet. Gently toss until everything is well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot, and enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta!
