8 oz egg noodles

2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

      Combine Ingredients: Stir in the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.

        Add Cheeses: Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheeses until melted and well combined.
