1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, and green for color)

½ cup finely chopped green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.

    Lay one tortilla flat on a clean cutting board or surface. Spread approximately ¼ of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end and ensuring the filling stays inside. Secure the roll with a toothpick if needed.

        Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

          Once all tortillas are filled and rolled, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up for easier slicing.

            After chilling, remove from the fridge and slice each tortilla roll into bite-sized pieces (about 1 to 1.5 inches thick).
