4 large flour tortillas

8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)

¼ cup green onions, chopped

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Place a few spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese spread.

        Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla away from you to form a log. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

          Once all the tortillas are rolled, place them seam-side down on a cutting board.

            Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick.

              Arrange the tortilla bites on a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro for an added pop of color and flavor.
