8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

    Add the sour cream and continue to mix until fully incorporated.

      Gradually fold in the grated cheddar cheese, green onions, and red bell pepper using a spatula.

        Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.

          Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
