Ingredients

1 cup cranberry juice

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup pomegranate juice

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda

Ice cubes

Orange slices and fresh cranberries for garnish

Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Begin by preparing your ingredients: juice the oranges if using fresh oranges and measure out the cranberry and pomegranate juices.

In a mixing jug, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, and honey (if using). Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then slowly pour the mixed juice blend into the glass, filling it about two-thirds of the way.

Gently top off the glass with sparkling water for a delightful fizz. Pour slowly so it mixes slightly with the juices without losing too much carbonation.

To create a visual sunrise effect, quickly pour a splash of pomegranate juice over the back of a spoon, allowing it to settle at the bottom.

Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass, a few fresh cranberries dropped in, and a sprig of mint for added freshness.
