Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, plus extra for rolling

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Assorted crackers and apple slices for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. If you prefer a hint of sweetness, drizzle in the honey.

Mix everything together until evenly distributed and fully incorporated.

Use your hands to shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.

Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans to coat the outside.

Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter. Serve with assorted crackers and apple slices for dipping.
