Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (plus more for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional, for heat)

Tortilla chips, wonton chips, or sliced veggies for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until creamy and smooth.

Gently fold in the crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper (if using). Make sure everything is well incorporated but be careful not to break up the crab too much.

Once combined, transfer the mixture to a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches).

Evenly spread the crab mix in the dish, then top it with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with additional chopped green onions before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, wonton chips, or fresh veggie sticks for dipping.
