Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup salsa

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 package (2.2 oz) corn tortilla chips, crushed

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add the black beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, salsa, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well until combined and heated through.

Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Spoon half of the beef mixture over the chips, followed by half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
