Ingredients

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

1 package (1 lb) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 6x4 inches. You should be able to make about 6-8 rectangles depending on how large you cut them.

Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough rectangle.

Carefully fold the sides of the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal them tightly (similar to a calzone). Place the filled buns seam-side down on the prepared baking sheets.

Brush the tops of each chicken bake with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

                    Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 6-8

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve hot, cut in half to show off the gooey filling, and garnish with additional green onions on top for a pop of color. Pair with a side of ranch dressing for dipping!
