Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup spinach, chopped

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

6 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon an even amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to completely enclose the filling.

Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the top of each tortilla with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 6

                    - Optional: Serve with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping, adding a delicious twist!
