8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Using a hand mixer or whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.

    Gently fold in the lump crab meat, making sure to keep the crab chunks intact for texture.

      Add the finely chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

        Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a little more kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper.

          Transfer the crab dip into a serving dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

            Before serving, give the dip a gentle stir. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

              Serve with an assortment of crackers, toast points, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
