Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup dried culinary lavender

4 cups water

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the dried culinary lavender and let it steep for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and strain the lavender using a fine mesh sieve. Discard the lavender flowers and let the lavender infusion cool.

In a large pitcher, combine the cooled lavender infusion, coconut milk, remaining 2 cups of water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir until well combined.

Taste the mocktail and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or agave syrup.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coconut lavender lemonade over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a sprig of lavender for a refreshing touch.
