4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and shredded carrots. Toss them together to mix well.

    In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
