Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon butter (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Optional: Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add the butter to melt.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four equal pieces.

Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds to absorb the flavor.

Place the dipped cinnamon roll bites onto the hot skillet, spaced a little apart. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your skillet.

Once cooked, remove the bites from the skillet and transfer them to a serving plate.

Drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls over the bites while they’re warm.

Lightly dust with powdered sugar for an extra sweet touch.

Serve with maple syrup on the side and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
