Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly

4 cups Napa cabbage, chopped

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup carrots, julienned

4 green onions, chopped

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the Pan: In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the chopped Napa cabbage, sliced red bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.

Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. If desired, add a sprinkle more soy sauce for extra flavor.

Serve: Transfer the stir-fry to plates, garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy hot!
