Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans, your choice)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Add in the can of chili, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well incorporated.

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the diced green onions, reserving the other half for garnish.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or a slow cooker. If using the oven, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. For a slow cooker, heat on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Once heated, remove from the oven/slow cooker and sprinkle the remaining green onions on top as a garnish.

            Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 35-40 minutes | Servings: 6-8

              - Presentation Tips: Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips arranged neatly around the baking dish or in a separate bowl. For a pop of color, add a few slices of jalapeño on top and enjoy!
