Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.

Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wider end of each crescent triangle.

Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling. Ensure the ends are tucked in to prevent the filling from leaking out during baking.

Repeat until all triangles are filled and rolled.

Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg to achieve a golden-brown color when baked.

Arrange the stuffed crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are puffed up and golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
