1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Using your hands, form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

        While the meatballs are baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.

          Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth, creating a creamy Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
